perfect spot for walking and exploring parks and museums
I had a great time at this hotel, especially since I was just a short stroll away from Lake Miltona and the Legacy of the Lakes Museum, which made my walking explorations even more enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found the bed surprisingly comfortable, which was a nice bonus after a day of wandering around town.

decent stay with room for improvement
The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep for my family. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to assist us. The location made it easy to access local attractions and the freeway, which was a plus.
Breakfast options were limited and took time to be replenished.

Family with children beware!
The front desk lady, she was new but sweet. she really tried to help us out and the complimentary snacks were a nice surprise.
We paid a premium for a not-so-great experience. Quite disappointing.

A Refreshing Stay in Alexandria!
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh pastries. A beautiful local park nearby added a nice touch to our trip. Pro tip, ask for a room with a balcony for a lovely view!

We had trouble with our first room due to the heating. The staff handled the situation promptly but there were other issues present that seemed to indicate the hotel's overall condition. Being from Europe, I noticed some aspects that just didn't meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

The comfortable queen beds offered a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning was just right. However, the breakfast was underwhelming, with options that were barely warm. The check-in process was frustrating due to technology issues, and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work at all, leading to an unsatisfactory start to the day.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Alexandria with fantastic value for money. The environment was quite noisy, but I appreciated the added convenience of having basic amenities available late at night.

Room was not clean
Wow, what a letdown! The sheer on the window was torn and the room was super dusty. The toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you fiddled with the handle. Also, I noticed some water spots in the sink area. The breakfast nook was off-limits for my little one’s party, and staff didn't really seem concerned about our issues. Definitely not the best stay.
